Cookies
What this site stores on your device, and what you can do about it.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to keep. They help the site remember things between pages, between visits, and between devices. Some are written by us. Some are written by services we embed.
What we use
Strictly necessary. A small number of cookies that keep the site working: session, security, the language you picked. You cannot turn these off and still use the site.
Functional. Cookies that remember your preferences across pages, such as the locale you chose or accessibility settings.
Analytics. We measure traffic patterns and page performance with a privacy-focused analytics tool. It does not build cross-site profiles. It does not sell your data to advertisers. The numbers we look at are aggregated and tied to no individual.
Marketing. None at the moment. If we ever add retargeting or audience pixels, we will update this page first and ask before we set them.
Third-party cookies
Some pages embed video, maps, or social media. When they do, those services may set their own cookies under their own policies. We list the embeds in plain language on the pages where they appear. Once they load, what they do is up to them.
Managing cookies
Every modern browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies. The path is in the browser's settings, usually under Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break the site; the rest you can turn off without losing access to anything.
Legal basis
We rely on the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, and where it applies, equivalent rules in your country. For non-essential cookies in the EU and UK, we ask for consent before we set them.
Changes
We will revise this page when what we collect changes. The date at the top tells you when.
